Summer School Hair Styles!

Hi everyone, todays post is just a few different ideas for summer school hairstyles. In the summer you don't want to be putting a lot of heat on your hair and it needs to keep you cool! For most of you, well in the UK anyway, tomorrow will be the start of the last term of this school year, so enjoy yourself and make it count!

1- First of all is the easiest, a good old blow-dry. Wash your hair with whatever shampoo and conditioner you use, towel dry and add some hair oil (i use Loreal Paris extraordinary oil) then section off your hair into two parts, top and bottom. Starting with bottom section (the top half clipped on the top of your head) Blow dry with the nozel facing downwards to give a smooth straight finnish. then once this section is dry, let down the top section of hair and do the same all round the back and sides. When you get to the front section on both sides, turn the nozel sideways and blow the hair away from your face so it dowsnt flop down in your eyes!

2- Next is the messy bun, this is a really handy hairstyle for summer as its quick, keeps your hair off your face, and can never get ruined! Start off by securing all your hair in a high ponytail on the top of your head (don't worry if bits stick up or it goes bumpy.) Next tease your hair backwards to give more volume to your ponytail, then wrap your hair messily around the base of the ponytail and secure with another band. Take some bobby pins and pin down and little bits and shape the bun to how you like it!

3-Number 3 is one of the prettiest, the french braid. You can either do one or two, equally look so pretty! Start at the roots and french plait all the way down to the tips. Secure with clear elastics and add a ribbon if you wish.

4-Next is the natural beachy waves. Before you go to bed, wash your hair and towel dry so its damp. put your hair into two/three french braids (each side and back) and go to sleep. In the morning add some texturising spray and let them out. Use a comb to gently break them apart and add hairspray to give more hold.

5- Lastly is the sporty ponytail, very quick and easy. Take the front section of hair and twist it back into a quiff, pin it in place with a bobby pin. Then scrape up the rest of your hair and put it up into a high ponytail, brush the hair out and add some hair oil for shine. Add a cute ribbon around the base for a sporty summer look!

I hope you enjoyed this post, have a good last term!
