Back to school routine!

Hi everyone, tommorow yes for me it's the first day back to school, sad sad times. But as the holidays draw to a close, I wanted to just give whoevers reading this a helping hand to kick starting their school term with a bang! First of all, make sure you get your school uniform or outfit if you don't have a uniform ready the night before, trust me it saves a lot of time and panick! Secondly, get all your books and equipment ready the night before too so you don't panick for things in the morning an you don't start the day with stress! Then set your alarm so that you have plenty of time to get up, for tips on how to get up check out one of my previous posts for a more detailed helping hand! Then listen to some relaxing music and settle your mind, do some stretches and think possitive things, it may sound cheesy but trust me it's much easier to get to sleep! Also make sure your not eating two hours before you go to bed as this prevent indegestion and discomfort, and also out your phone down a good hour before bed, I know it's hard, but if you can it really helps your sleep. Make sure you have a good breakfast and also it's nice to put a possitive quote beside your bed to really help you want to get up and get on with the day! Be friendly, be kind and don't let things get to you, surround yourself with people that make you happy and you can't go wrong!
